A habit of avoiding the issues of this life. Why change now when it’s worked all these years. You got the sitting-on-the-fence blues?
I think the problem is not the ‘p’ word but the ‘change’ word.
Got a poem for you-
“I don’t want’na change,
I’m almost perfect the way I am,
Go away, quit bugging me,
and let me be.”
said he/she.
Then there’s that other word – ‘discipline’. Takes a lot of that to do any changing.
And there’s ‘motivation’ (how’d that get in here?)
The moral of this story is, we are all a-work-in-progress. Some of us are working up and some of us are working down. Where you at?
A new year coming, a new start.
Why not decide now to have an UP year?
Okay?
